Paladin Property Management has a network of vendors that are certified and qualified in the services they provide. Based on your agreement, we may contact you for every repair or only for repairs that surpass a certain threshold. 

Property management can be a time consuming and strenuous responsibility. Laws are ever changing, tenants can be demanding , and record keeping can be challenging. Depending on your lifestyle, employment, and future plans managing your own property might not be the most suitable option for you. Property management is a 24/7/365 day commitment. Issues can arise at any moment, some issues can wait and others need to be addressed immediately. Why wait for something to happen, when you can proactively plan ahead and save yourself from future hassles. Is your time and sanity worth saving a few additional dollars every month? We currently service Durham Region, York Region, and Toronto Region.

Owners get paid within 10 days from each payment made by the tenant in a timely manner.

Yes, we will be glad to take on tenanted properties. Appropriate notices and updates will be sent accordingly to notify the tenant of the changes.

Short answer: As involved as you want to be. We send out email notifications on any updates regarding your property. As we strive for total transparency, our monthly statements are very plain and easy to understand.  We will be happy to answer any questions that are not answered via our email notifications or monthly statements

It's always sad to see one of our valued customers leave. We at Paladin Property Management believe in the services we provide and do not force anyone to stay. Contracts can be cancelled with a 30 day notice. Management fees for the last month will be charged in full.

We hope that we never come to this stage with any of our tenants.  Unfortunately, in rare occasions evictions do arise. In these situations we handle the entire process from start to finish for you.
