Emergencies:

The following are examples of emergencies that allow for after hour service:

Mechanical:

Temperature below 10 Degrees Celsius (Winter) 

Temperature above 30 Degrees Celsius (Summer)

Plumbing:

Flooding 

Pipe burst/ major leak/ overflowing sinks or toilets

No working toilet on the property

Electrical:

No electricity (not due to outages in the area)

Non Emergency Service Requests:

The following are examples of non-emergency services:

Plumbing:

Dripping faucet

Electrical:

Tripped breaker/ outlet or light not working 

Roofing:

Minor leak from the ceiling
